3.4 We may require proof of age, identity, address and eligibility before accepting an entry or awarding a Prize. We may use an automated process to verify your age or identity.

3.5 We may refuse entry or withhold a Prize where we reasonably believe that an Entrant is ineligible or has breached these terms.

4 ENTRY METHODS

4.1 Each Draw may be entered by either paid online entry through the Website or by free postal entry.

4.2 All valid entries, whether paid or free, will be entered into the Draw and will have the same chance of winning a Prize.

4.3 Payment for an entry does not guarantee that you will win a Prize.

4.4 The Maximum Number of Entries and any maximum number of entries per Entrant will (where applicable) be stated on the relevant Draw page.

4.5 If the Maximum Number of Entries is reached before the Closing Date, the Draw may close early. If the Maximum Number of Entries is not reached, the Draw will close on the Closing Date and will be drawn for the stated Prize, unless we cancel the Draw in accordance with these terms. Draws will only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances.

5 PAID ONLINE ENTRY

5.1 In order to enter a Draw, you must first register for an account on the Website.

5.2 You may only have one account with us, and you must not open an account for any other person.

5.3 To enter using the paid route, you must follow the instructions on the relevant Draw page, select the number of entries you wish to purchase, provide the required information, and complete payment. Accepted payment methods are shown on the Website.

5.4 The entry price and the number of entries you will receive will be clearly shown before you submit payment.

5.5 An entry will only be valid once a fully cleared payment has been received by us.

5.6 If any payment relating to an entry is reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, cancelled, declined or not successfully received by us for any reason, we may:

(a) invalidate the relevant entry or entries;

(b) remove the relevant entry or entries form the Draw;

(c) disqualify the Entrant from the Draw and all future Draws;

(d) withhold or cancel any Prize associated with the affected entry or entries; and/or

(e) recover any Prize already awarded.

5.7 We will carry out reasonable verification checks before awarding and delivering a Prize, including checks relating to identity, age, payment validity, fraud prevention and chargeback risk. We may delay awarding or delivering a Prize pending the outcome of these checks.

5.8 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is accurate, current and complete.

5.9 Once an online entry is submitted and accepted, you will receive confirmation of your entry and your allocated number or reference by email or through your Website account.

6.8 Each postal entry must be submitted individually. Bulk entries within the same envelope will not be accepted.

6.9 Entries posted through the letterbox or delivered by hand will not be accepted.

6.10 You may submit multiple postal entries to a Draw but any limit imposed on paid entries as stated on the relevant Draw page will apply equally to postal entries.

6.11 Bulk entries, automatically generated entries, third-party entries, incomplete entries and illegible entries will be rejected.

6.12 Postal entries must arrive before the Closing Date.

6.13 Postal entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.

6.14 Free postal entries will be processed and entered into the Draw on the same basis as paid online entries and one postal entry will have the same chance of winning a Prize as one paid entry. Postal entries will be processed using substantially the same allocation methodology and entry weighting as paid entries.

6.15 Each postal entry will be confirmed with a unique reference number, which will be e-mailed to each postal entrant by the Promoter.

6.16 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. We are not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control.

7 NUMBER ALLOCATION AND ENTRY LISTS

7.1 Each valid entry will be allocated a unique number in the Draw.

7.2 Allocated numbers for online entries may be displayed on the order confirmation screen, in an order confirmation email, or through your Website account.

7.3 Allocated numbers for valid postal entries will be notified to the email address provided on the postal entry, where reasonably practicable.

7.4 We may publish Draw entry lists or allocated numbers on the Website for transparency. Where we do so, we will use order IDs, allocated numbers, first name and initial of surname, or similar details and will not publish personal information without consent.

8 DRAW PERIOD, CLOSING DATE AND DRAW DATE

8.1 Unless closed early, each Draw will run from the Opening Date until the Closing Date stated on the relevant Draw page. Unless stated otherwise, all times are London, England time.

8.2 The Draw Date will be stated on the relevant Draw page or otherwise announced on the Website or our official social media accounts.

8.3 We may amend the Opening Date, Closing Date or Draw Date only where reasonably necessary, for example because of technical failure, supplier failure, legal or regulatory requirements, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8.4 If we amend an Opening Date, Closing Date or Draw Date, we will update the Website and make reasonable efforts to notify affected Entrants.

9 WINNER SELECTION

9.1 The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.

9.2 We will use a fair and verifiably random process to select Winners, which may include a random number generator or other verifiably random selection method.

9.3 Draws may be live streamed, recorded or otherwise documented for transparency.

9.4 The result of a Draw is final, subject to verification of the Winner and compliance with these terms.

9.5 We reserve the right to withhold, delay, void or cancel any Prize, winning entry, Winner selection or Draw result where we reasonably believe that:

(a) a technical failure, software malfunction, hardware malfunction, system error, database corruption, telecommunications failure, cyber incident, unauthorized interference, human error, administrative error or other operational issue has affected or may have affected the entry process, the random selection process, The Vault mechanics or code generation process, the allocation or recording of entries or entry numbers, the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the Draw or the identification or notification of a Winner;

(b) a Prize has been awarded, indicated or displayed in error;

(c) an incorrect result has been generated or communicated because of a technical or human error; or

(d) the Draw has not operated in accordance with these terms.

9.6 In the circumstances described in clause 9.5, we may:

(a) correct the error;

(b) suspend the Draw;

(c) void affected entries;

(d) re-run the Draw using all valid unaffected entries;

(e) select an alternative Winner; or

(f) cancel the Draw and refund all paid entries.

9.7 We will exercise the rights in this clause reasonably, proportionately and in good faith.

9.8 A display message, on-screen notification, e-mail, livestream announcement or indication that an Entrant has won a Prize shall not constitute a binding award of a Prize unless and until the result has been verified by us in accordance with these terms.

9.9 We may require independent verification, technical investigation or audit evidence before confirming a Winner or awarding a Prize where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of a Draw.

9.10 We may retain audit logs, Draw records, RNG outputs, livestream recordings, entry databases and related operational records for regulatory, legal, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.

10 WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE

10.1 We will contact the Winner using the contact details provided by the Entrant as soon as reasonably practicable after the Draw.

10.2 The Winner must respond within 7 working days of our notification.

10.3 If the Winner cannot be contacted within this timeframe, is ineligible, or fails to provide reasonably requested verification information, we may select an alternative Winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10.4 The Winner must claim the Prize personally unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10.5 If the Prize is cash, payments will only be made into a bank account in the name of the Winner.

10.6 You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date in your account. If your contact details change after entry, you should notify us promptly and identify the Draw you entered.

11 PRIZES

11.1 The Prize for each Draw will be described on the relevant Draw page. Prize details are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief as at the Opening Date of the Draw.

11.2 Prizes are not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable unless expressly stated on the Draw page or agreed by us in writing.

11.3 A cash alternative will be available only where this is expressly stated on the Draw page.

11.4 We may substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value where the original Prize is unavailable or where substitution is reasonably necessary.

11.5 Where a Prize is a vehicle, watch, jewellery item, or other item where condition, provenance, valuation, specification or running costs may be relevant, Entrants should review the Draw page carefully. We do not guarantee future value, investment performance, resale value, roadworthiness, or suitability for a particular purpose except where expressly stated or required by law.

11.6 Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that may apply to you as a consumer.

11.7 We reserve the right to correct any obvious or manifest error relating to a Draw, Prize, valuation, description, Winner selection or publication. A manifest error includes an error, omission, mispricing, system malfunction or incorrect information which is obvious or materially inconsistent with the intended operation of the Draw.

12 DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND ASSOCIATED COSTS

12.1 Where applicable, we will arrange delivery or collection of the Prize as stated on the Draw page or as agreed with the Winner.

12.2 Delivery within the United Kingdom will be included, unless the Draw page states otherwise. We may charge reasonable delivery costs for delivery outside the United Kingdom, if this is clearly notified to the Winner before delivery is arranged.

12.3 The Winner is responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, import licences, insurance, registration, maintenance, fuel, charging costs, servicing, storage and other ongoing costs associated with the Prize unless stated otherwise.

12.4 Risk in the Prize passes to the Winner on delivery or collection.

13 PUBLICITY AND WINNER INFORMATION

13.1 We may be required to prove that a valid Prize award has taken place. We may publish the Winner’s surname and county or general location on the Website or on our official social media channels. If a Winner objects to publication of this information on the Website, they may withhold consent by contacting us at info@timevault.ltd. We may still be required to provide Winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority.

13.2 Any additional publicity, including photographs, videos, interviews or promotional content, is voluntary and will be agreed with the Winner separately.

14 “THE VAULT” ADDITIONAL TERMS

14.1 The Vault is a free Draw which can be entered either by paying or by post.

14.2 Entrants are required to guess a 6-digit code in order to win Prize(s).

14.3 The Vault entry code is not known to the Promoter and is generated using a verifiably random process.

14.4 If an Entrant correctly enters the 6-digit The Vault entry code, they win the Prize.

14.5 Once a specified number of failed entries to The Vault have been made, the first digit of The Vault entry code is displayed and Prizes may be added. Entrants must then guess the remaining 5 digits to unlock The Vault. This process continues until only 3-digits are remaining. The first Entrant to correctly guess The Vault entry code is the Winner.

14.6 The Vault mechanics, Prize structure, entry limits, or any other relevant feature will be explained clearly on The Vault Draw page.

14.7 Free postal entries can also be submitted to The Vault Draws. Subject to the requirements below, please follow the free postal entry instructions at clause 6.

14.8 Your postal entry to The Vault Draws must include:

(a) Your full name

(b) Your postal address

(c) Your date of birth

(d) Your telephone number

(e) Your email address

(f) the title or clear details of The Vault Draw you wish to enter

(g) your 6-digit code (including any digits that have already been revealed on the Website); and

(h) confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions (for example, by stating “I accept the terms and conditions”).

14.9 If your postal entry to The Vault arrives once the Prize has been won, your entry will be entered into the next available The Vault Draw.

14.10 If your postal entry to The Vault arrives once a digit has subsequently been revealed and your code does not match the correct code, your entry will be disqualified.

14.11 All valid paid and free postal entries to The Vault Draws have an equal chance of winning the Prize.

14.12 We will not change The Vault mechanics after a Draw has opened unless reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, operational or fairness reasons.

14.13 If a change to The Vault mechanics materially affects Entrants, we will explain the change clearly on the Website and, where appropriate, notify affected Entrants.

14.14 If The Vault includes staged prize releases, the Draw page will explain how those releases operate and how Winners are selected.

14.15 Where we Reasonably believe that The Vault code, code generation process, entry system or related infrastructure has been compromised, exposed, manipulated, predicted, reverse engineered or affected by a technical fault or unauthorised activity, we may suspend, void, reset or restart the affected The Vault Draw and may invalidate affected entries where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness and integrity.

15 REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

15.1 Paid entries are non-refundable unless a Draw is cancelled, we have made a material error, or a refund is required by law.

15.2 We may cancel a Draw if it cannot be operated fairly, lawfully or as intended, including because of technical failure, fraud, supplier failure, legal or regulatory issue, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including where the integrity, security, fairness or proper administration of a Draw has been compromised or may reasonably be considered compromised.

16.2 We will exercise any right of rejection, suspension, withholding or disqualification reasonably and proportionately.

16.3 We may recover a Prize or its value where a Prize has been awarded following fraud, misrepresentation or material breach of these terms
